The development team at Vista Lomas Residences shares a long history in Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica. While originally from the United States, the developers relocated here over 15 years ago and have witnessed first hand the growth of this beautiful country.

Tray Barnes began constructing homes in the area of Playa Hermosa nearly 8 years ago and has become the foremost expert in residential construction focusing on Spanish Colonial style building. Since the beginning of his career, Mr. Barnes has established an example copied by many other contractors in the area for homes noteworthy of their rustic charm and old world style.

Michael Martin has owned and managed successful businesses in Playa Hermosa for 15 years and has been building houses in the area for over 5 years. Both of the developers live year round in Playa Hermosa and will soon be full time residents at VLR.
